When we founded Darwinex in 2012, we had a clear and ambitious mission:

These educators promise quick success, feeding unrealistic expectations about what it means to be a trader. The result? A wave of aspiring traders who start out on the wrong foot.
Positioning Darwinex and Darwinex Zero in this environment has always been a challenge. Unlike others, we ask traders to prove they can consistently outperform the market. Then, we expose them to real investors, people who don’t care about marketing hype or short-term performance.
This is the real world. And it’s a much tougher path than the one offered by most platforms. But it’s also the only one that leads to long-term success.
Those who succeed at Darwinex gain something truly valuable: access to investor capital and the chance to grow a serious trading career. It’s a virtuous cycle: traders deliver value to investors and investors reward them with scale.
Despite our success, selling trading strategies as investable products remains a challenge. It’s a new category and one that’s had to compete during one of the most bullish equity markets in 50 years.
